This local cuisine call "Shiso maki" from Yamagata prefecture. Mixed with sugar, bean paste, sticky rice and your favorite nuts usually use walnut and sesame, and rolled with a Shiso leaf, then fried them and eats.
They have original blend of each home. Also it remains me the food from middie east "Stuffed grape leaves" wich is my favorite too.
