Our Favorite "Edamame" from Farm Fresh

Today I could get Edamame at Kamakura Farm Fresh.

When I was in Tokyo, I could bought them at grocery store on fridge already packed without leaved branch. This came right strate from the Farm didn't through the fridge so I can smell earthy aroma.

This "Edamame" is loved by every Japanese as snacks to go with the beer. That why there were only two left when I get to the place!

It doesn't have to be snacks to go with the beer, we eat as salad as healthy vagatable. There are many ways of preparation as "Feicui tofu" in my homepage Japanese food garaly.

The most comon way is very simple way that we boil them then eat with solt serve with skin.

I also make my original salad with Japanese vegatable and strew with shell a Edamame on it.
