This is my favorite Japanese dish "Nasu Dengaku". Here in Kamakura, it's getting very nice and warm. We also feel seoson from the Seasonally Food. The most of Eggplants are picking on aroud summer season here in Japan.

- nutritional value - ・ Low-calorie ・ Vitamin A, B1, B2, C ・ Calcium ・ Make your temperature get cooler

- ingredient - 2 servings

・ 2 Nasu (Japanese Eggplants)

・ 1 Tbsp of Sesami Oil

・ 1 Tbsp of Sake ・ ☆2 Tbsp of Red Miso

・ ☆2 Tbsp of Suger ・ ☆1 Tbsp of Sake ・ 1 Tsp of Sesami

1. Cut an Nasu in half size and chop up inside to square.

2. Place sesame oil in the pan then place Nasu cut side down. You don't want to set fire to frypan yet here.

3. Now, set fire to frypan over medium heat.

4. Wait to get brown until golden then add Sake cover and let steam for 3~5minute.

5. In the meanwhile, mix all ☆ together in try and heat them in a microwaveheat for 1.5 minute. You like to see start a littel bubbling to the surface.

6. Remove Nasu from the pan to your favorit plate and apply (5.) on top of the fried Nusu and garnish them with Sesami. We say, "Itadaki-masu" For your Health and appreciate. Mariko - Kamakura -
