I am a big fun of brown rice, but can't beat without white rice with Maki-zushi and rice bowl dish such as                  .

 

If you will choose from those between two dish, you will have white rice.  
If you choose other dish, you will have super recipe for white rice made with stone pot as same as high-end Japanese restaurant.

 

This white rice is call "Koshihikari" brand, the place of production is Chiba.
