Tuna steak with Japanese style sauce

 

This is a tuna steak.

I think this dish is one of familiar to many people.                             is very fresh, we cook a steak to a perfectly rare and gets crisp on the outside and juicy in the middle that makes taste deepness through a combination of these deliciousness.

 

Cut into thin slices, finishes spread homemade seasoned sauce over the steak and serves with roasted Japanese scallion and            .
