Maki-zushi

 

"Maki-zushi" sushi made rolled in nori seaweed with a core of filling.

“Maki-zushi” is a type of Sushi has many kinds of size and different ingredients use from each one's home village.


There are usually made at home and lunch vendor also at sushi restaurant.  
My ingredients are                   , shrimp, cucumber and avocado.

It became about to five centimeters, and then cut about three centimeters to eat with soy sauce and     

 

“Maki-zushi” was preserved food at the beginning then became mainstream food as originated in between in 1750-1776, and it came into common food at later in 1783.
