We use red chili more or less depending on your taste.

If you use just a little bit, it gets nice tense in taste, but if you a big fun of hot taste, you can use a lot so you’ll get nice spicy taste.

 

I think this dish may be called typical home-made dish of my home.
Although I think that seasoning changes by each home, deciding what seasoning to use, pursuit of delicacy that becomes people's original dish and it becomes an ordinary home-made dish each of yours.
