Pumpkin rice cake

 

It has “Rice cake” in the name but it has no rice in the ingredient.


The reason for “Rice cake” in a name, since it has texture like Japanese rice cake "Mochi" that actually this texture comes from Kabocha squash and potato starch mixed.

 

With thickly better-sweet sauce, becomes richly flavored dish.
