The "Yukari" is a seasoning that familiarity with every home in Japan.

A "Yukari" made from red            has exquisite freshness of slight sourness and salt.

 

Yukari is usually common to eat sprinkle on Japanese white rice.
But I found that it matches well to Japanese yam.


When you bake a yam, it gets just like a pancake.
It is so easy, delicious, healthy perfect dish.
