About sweets:

You will learn Authentic Japanese sweets, and wheatless sweets ingridient from soypulp that you can't tell the differences from the regular wheat flour cake.
Acutualy, there is one cake that's not authentic Japanese sweets which is bananacake. 

That is my favorite cake I just couldn't resist.
Sweets serve with Japanese roasted green tea from the specialize store  

The reason for I use "Okara" soy pulp is low in calories and sugar, high in dietary fiber which gives the satisfaction of feeling full, and is rich in nutrients like protein, calcium and have a low sugar content.

These days there are many delicious desserts, but at least for homemade sweets I prefer to make things that are good for the body and use ingredients I know are healthy.

"First and foremost, it must be delicious. Next, it should be simple to make." These are my priorities.
There is almost no carbohydrate like butter and cream cheese but has alot in wheat flour.
If you don't consume sugar, your blood sugar level will not increase.
If your blood sugar level doesn't increase, the fattening hormone insulin is not released.
Consuming calories does not make you fat; carbohydrate is what makes you fat.
