This is one of the menu form the Shoujinryouri. This beautiful orange color of dumpling comes from Kabocha squash. Serve with Maple syrup and cinnamon powder on very chewy sweetness dumpling.

Very chewy small rice‐flour dumplings suit with many kinds of sauce such as brown sugar lump syrup, and "anko" bean-past are common. But there is a delicious walnut sauce suit with this dumplings very well and my most favorite sauce. Walnut becomes sticky sauce naturally and richness. It is fun to make that you can see through the changes of walnut conditions.

The reason for I use "Okara" soy pulp is low in calories and sugar, high in dietary fiber which gives the satisfaction of feeling full, and is rich in nutrients like protein, calcium and have a low sugar content.
These days there are many delicious desserts, but at least for homemade sweets I prefer to make things that are good for the body and use ingredients I know are healthy.
"First and foremost, it must be delicious. Next, it should be simple to make." These are my priorities.
There is almost no carbohydrate like butter and cream cheese but has alot in wheat flour.
If you don't consume sugar, your blood sugar level will not increase.
