Japanese egg plant pasting flavored miso

 

"Nasu-dengaku" is roasted and steamed with sesame oil in a pan, becomes nice and thick texture. It goes delicious with spread Dengaku sauce and sprinkle sesame on the top.

 

It seems taken time to cook but you can cook simply easy.

It is also an ideal dish for a houseguest.
