My mom loves this Shouga-yaki and so do I.  Again, you don’t have to use flour that you can get much more good taste and healthier.

Onion and pork absorb the all spice of            and bitter-sweet sauce, and I am sure you going to like to eat more vegetable with this yummy sauce.
