Codfish simmered with grated radish soup

 

Codfish and grated radish boil with soy on a broth basis and gets very tasty soup in together.

If it is winter, this will change to the name of "Mizore-ni" (that sleet with rain and snow were mixed) from a seasonal design.


The thing of the shape of sherbet which rain and snow were mixed is likened grated radish, and the dish using grated radish is called "Boiled with grated radish" or, "Boiled with snow sherbet" in the winter time.
