Brown rice

 

After many years we have eaten white rice as daily dish, since it was a time when it was modern and costly, but we have looked back on the past then found how better nutritional balance has in                     more than white rice.

It become known among especially around health-conscious and gets newly-popularized.


Fiber has 8 times as much, Vitamin B has 4 times as much, Magnesium has 12 times as much, as white rice.

But still many people prefer white rice, but I like brown rice better because there has nice smoky smell and also helps not increase in blood sugar level and I was eaten since I was little because my mom always has healthy thought.

 

This brown rice of production is Kumamoto.
High in nutritional balance, vitamins, minerals and fiber has more than white rice.
